How to use:

1. Pour your desired amount of Activating Essence into one of the Foot Masque Socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining
2. Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure
3. Repeat for the other foot
4. Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if you are wanting more exfoliation)
5. Remove socks and thoroughly rinse and dry your feet
